Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MASSTREK platform. The following clauses set out the rights and responsibilities of all users — organisers and members alike.
MASSTREK provides a digital platform for organisers and members to manage monthly bid pools. The platform facilitates pool creation, member onboarding, digital bidding, contribution records, and activity tracking. MASSTREK is a technology provider only — it is not a financial institution, bank, lender, or payment processor.
To use MASSTREK, users must meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction and provide accurate, truthful registration information. MASSTREK reserves the right to verify user information and to refuse or revoke access where eligibility requirements are not met.
Organisers are solely responsible for creating pools, inviting and approving members, managing all pool activities, verifying participation, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. MASSTREK provides tools to support these activities but does not supervise or guarantee organiser conduct.
Members are responsible for submitting bids honestly and in good faith, making agreed contributions on time in accordance with the organiser's schedule, and complying fully with the organiser's pool rules. Members acknowledge that failure to meet these responsibilities may result in removal from a pool or account suspension.
Winning bids are determined solely according to the rules established by the organiser for each savings pool. All participants are expected to act in good faith throughout the bidding process. MASSTREK records bid submissions digitally and maintains a timestamped audit trail, but does not adjudicate disputes between participants.
MASSTREK does not collect, hold, process, or distribute member funds under any circumstances. Members transfer contributions directly to the winning member as instructed by the organiser. All financial arrangements are made independently between pool participants. MASSTREK is not a party to these transactions and accepts no liability for payment disputes.
MASSTREK maintains digital records, notifications, and activity logs to support transparency and accountability within pools. These records are provided as a convenience to organisers and members. MASSTREK is not responsible for disputes arising from direct payments or agreements between members and accepts no financial liability in connection with such matters.
Users must not misuse the MASSTREK platform in any way. Prohibited conduct includes submitting false or misleading registration information, attempting fraud or deception within a pool, interfering with the operation of any pool or the platform itself, and any unlawful use of the platform or its data.
MASSTREK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform. Suspension decisions are made at MASSTREK's sole discretion and may be implemented without prior notice where necessary.
MASSTREK provides technology to facilitate pool management and is not a financial institution, lender, payment processor, or guarantor of any member obligations. Users participate in savings pools entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. MASSTREK's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not accept deposits, hold funds, transfer money, or provide financial advice. Users remain responsible for their own agreements, payments, participation decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws.
